FIRM BROKERS TWO TEXAS APARTMENT COMPLEX SALES
HOUSTON AND BAYTOWN, TEXAS — New York City-based American Mortgage Acceptance Co. has sold two Texas apartment complexes totaling 389 units to AMSI Tex Properties of Overland, Kansas. The sale includes Quay Bay - Quay Point, located at 3925 Arlington Square Drive in Houston, and Oaks of Baytown, located at 2011 Ward Road in Baytown. Hendricks & Partners' Mike Miller represented the seller. The sale price was not released.
38,190-SQUARE-FOOT WAREHOUSE PURCHASED
PASADENA, TEXAS — MCJC Investments Acquisitions has sold a 38,190-square-foot warehouse from 14 South Wayside LLC for an undisclosed amount. The property sits on 2.69 acres of land at 1202 Beltway in Pasadena and features 10,000 square feet of office space. CB Richard Ellis' Jim Stark represented the seller.
WAREHOUSE SPACE LEASED IN SAN ANTONIO
SAN ANTONIO — Plan B Inc. has signed a lease with ProLogis for 33,660 square feet of warehouse space in SADC I. The property is located at 1802 Shipman Drive in San Antonio. Prologis was represented in house. Clint Parker of Grubb & Ellis represented Plan B. Grubb & Ellis' Rick Stagers represented Lansing Building Products in its 16,800-square-foot lease from TC II Land L.P. Located at 3453 Interstate 35 North in San Antonio, the property is part of the San Antonio Distribution Center. Cross & Co.'s Ryan Smith represented the landlord.
