DALLAS — Corgan Associates has been selected to design the new Reading Room for The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, a museum devoted to the assassination of President Kennedy. The Reading Room will be located within the Dallas County Administration Building (formerly the Texas School Book Depository) at 411 Elm St. Corgan will renovate former administrative space and the southeast corner meeting space, as well as create a Media Room that the museum will share with Dallas County employees. BONNIE RUTH’S CAFÉ EXPANDING
FRISCO, TEXAS — Construction is currently under way for the expansion of Bonnie Ruth’s Café Trottoir et Patisserie, a restaurant located within The Shops at Starwood in Frisco. Bonnie Ruth’s will expand into an adjacent 2,137-square-foot vacant space. The expansion will contain additional bar seating, a private dining area for groups, a take-out area and an expanded bakery. Construction is slated for completion in September. The restaurant will add a breakfast menu to its offerings to coincide with the expansion.
