Summit Contractors is aiming for an April 2010 delivery of The Springs at Madison Apartments.
MADISON, ALA. — Jacksonville, Fla.-based Summit Contractors Group is underway on Continental Properties’ 360-unit The Springs at Madison Apartments development. The $21 million project is located in Madison, a suburb of Huntsville, Ala. Mouriz/Salazar Associates designed the property, which will deliver in April 2010. BOCA RATON, FLA. — 980 North Federal LLC has sold the 93,762-square-foot Compson Financial Center to 980 North Federal Acquisition Group for $20 million. The office property is located at 980 N. Federal Highway in Boca Raton. RYLA EYES JUNE OPENING OF NEW REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS
SARALAND, ALA. — Kennesaw, Ga.-based Ryla will bring a new regional headquarters, a corporate data center and a regional customer contact center to Saraland in June, creating 1,200 local jobs. The company is making an $8.5 million capital investment in the project and will welcome 400 new workers to the new property by early this summer; the 800 remaining jobs will be created by the end of 2011. LARGO, MD. — Truman Drive LLC has borrowed a $4.2 million loan for its 284-unit Truman Park apartment complex. The Class A property, located on Harry S. Truman Drive in Largo, was built in 2002.
